This is the Live show they played on SNL (Saturday Night Live) it may be a
little different on the CD.

3rd Eye Blind's "How's it gonna be?"

Tabbed by - T.J. Mulderink and Phil Gaus (Slubqwert@aol.com)

Normal Tuning

This is the only "tabbed" (and chords) riff we could figure out. If there is
anymore, please e-mail them to us.

This is the little bit of tab (and chords) used throughout the song...
Me an a friend were bored, were watching SNL, and they happened to be on that
night. They played "How's it gonna be?" we watched, and then figured this
part out. It not all of it, but we didn't get that part yet. E-mail
Philphil79@aol.com or Slubqwert@aol.com if you can get the rest. Have fun
with this bit 'o tab (and chords)! Remember, this is a live one, so it might
not be the same as all the others.

Lyrics-

I'm only pretty sure
That I can't take anymore
Before you take a swing
I wonder
What are we fighting for
When I say out loud
I want to get out of this
I wonder
Is there anything
I'm gonna miss
I wonder.

*Chorus 1*
How's it's gonna be when you don't know me
How's it gonna be when you're sure I'm not there
How's it gonna be when there's no one there to talk to
Between you and me
Cause I don't care
How's it gonna be.

Where we used to laugh, there's a shouting match sharp
as a thumbnail scratch
A silence I can't ignore, like the hammock by the door where we spent time in
swings empty
I don't see lightning like last fall when it was
always about to hit me I wonder.

*Chorus 2*
How's it gonna be when it goes down
How's it gonna be when you're not around
How's it gonna be when you found out there was nothing
Between you and me
Cause I don't care
How's it gonna be.

How's it gonna be
When you don't know me (Do chorus part, but add F
Anymore and C(open))
How's it gonna be.

Want to get back myself back in again
The soft dive of oblivion
Want to taste the salt of your skin
The soft dive of oblivion

How's it gonna be
When you don't know me (Do chorus part, but add F
Anymore and C(open))
How's it gonna be.
