Trying your Luck-The Strokes
here's the right way i think:
Guitar 1:
Am (577555) F (133211) Dm (x57765) G (355433) E (022100)
that riff is pretty much completely played the whole song, except
where noted. strum pattern is down, down down up. listen and it's easy
to figure out
2nd guitar plays riff during intro, and 2nd and 4th verses:
e-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-7-7-7-7-7-7-7 (go to once
first guitar is on G chord)
during, "no harm disarm" it's
F
Dm
G
E
"and i lost my page again..."
first guitar plays:
A---------------7-8-8-7-8---3-5-5-3-5--3-2-0-----5-7-7-5-7
E-3-5-5-3-5----------------------------------3
second guitar just fast strumming with regular chord pattern
solo! hard to play perfectly on last few bars, but i get what you see:
("i'll think about that...")
e-------------------------------------------------------
B--13-12----13-12--------13-15-b15p13----13-15-b15p13---
G--------14-------14--14--------------14--------------15
and now i just got too lazy cus my guitar is not with me
if you want the rest, fortunateson10@yahoo.com
otherwise, it's basically a scale on those strings descending starting with
the 16th fret on e, and then going back up again
first guitar, SAME RIFF
during solo, bend the 15 then pull back to the 13
end:
E-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-3-4-5
