The rythum is kind of tricky. throughout the song you do it in the
same pattern. You go down 3 and up 2 and then down 2 again. but when
you switch from C to B7, you switch in between the ups. if you listen
to the song you can catch it.

Verse - Em C B7 again, using that pattern
