Although not many people have the satisfaction of listening to Staind's previous album, "Tormented," I took it upon myself to figure out the tabs for their first track, "Tolerate." Just follow it the way it's seen and there should be no problems.
Kick up the distortion and saturation to get the real effect.
Intro(after Aaron says "It's been like this forever. No more. I hate me f*ck*ing life.") :
