Song: Outside (acoustic version)
Artist: Aaron Lewis

Tabbed by Nate Underland (Praetersimus@aol.com)

I thought that this song was pretty easy but it turned out to be harder than
it sounded. I'm pretty sure that this is the real mother-deal y'all. You
can figure out the strumming in the verse and chorus for yourself; it's not
too complicated. The tab starts from the part where he says, "I'm feeling
those lighters."

Tuning: A half step lower on each string (Eb, Ab, Db, Gb, Bb, eb)

p = pull
~ = let ring
/ = slide

Verse 1: Play 4x
eb-------------------|
Bb-------------------|
Gb---9---7-----------|
Db---9---7---5---7---|
Ab---7---5---5---7---|
Eb-----------3---5---|

Chorus: Play once
eb-----7-----3-----5---------------3-----5---------|
Bb-----7-----0-----5-----2---------0-----5-----2---|
Gb---9-9-----0---7-7---2-2---------0---7-7---2-2---|
Db---9-9-----x---7-7---2-2---2-----x---7-7---2-2---|
Ab---7-7---2-2---5-5---0-0---2---2-2---5-5---0-0---|
Eb---------3-3---------------0---3-3---------------|

Solo: Play once
eb-------------------------------|
Bb-------------------------------|
Gb-----9---7-------2---------2---|
Db--9p-9---7---5---2---------2---|
Ab-----7---5---5---0--3-3-3--0---|
Eb-------------3-----------------|

Verse 2: same as Verse 1. Play 4x

Chorus: same as above. Let the A chord ring at the end.

I'm pretty sure that most of this is right and that there won't be another
update. I would like to give special thanks to Chad Huffman for his help on
the chords in the verses and to Evan Kahn for putting me on the right track
with the tuning of the guitar. If you have any questions or comments email
me at Praetersimus@aol.com. This is entirely my own work.
