The Blower's Daughter:

The first chord is an E major, he plays it at the open position at start of
the verse. For the rest it's played with the B and the high E open I think,
so the Verse sequence is

E A B A

On the second verse the middle bridge is

E A B A, you have to listen to it to work out the timing.

Technically the E is neither major nor minor for the open strings. You have
to hold the bass note with your thumb to get the flattened third in the Dm
chord and for other minor chords later on.

(I think I may have seen Damien do some slightly fancy stuff with his first
finger in the chords but not when I was in a reliable state of mind.)

The chorus ("can't take my eyes...") goes

A Abm F# E A B A B

The key change part goes to full barre chords:

F# B Abm Db Eb (this last chord rings on for a blank bar)

Then it goes back to the chorus but played with full chords again and moved
up a full tone.
