I think this is right... but i don't know for sure
the chorus is the same but it will be chords (d,a,d,)

then after that marc has one of those cool ass screaming fits and you play the whole intro riff again...
~now, there is a problem: i don't know the part thats played while you hear
"your father's very very sick marc"
so you'll have to just improvise or go dead silent and let some feed back build up~
