Use either a flanger or a phaser here, whichever feels right for you.

B--5----5-- The trick here is to start with the volume knob on 0,
G---------- then fade in the volume and fade back out. You may want
your bassist or somebody to stand by your amp to change the amp's main volume up and down instead of you having to strum, change volume on the guitar, change again, strum, etc.

Order:

Guitar 1 Guitar 2
Line A x9 mute
Line A x4 Line B x4
mute Line B (played once and slowly faded out
right before the drums kick in)
