First, if you have multiple pickups make sure you're on the rythm pickup (the one with more bass and less twang). Fret the low e on the second fret and slide the allen wrench up and down the string. Lift up your fret hand for the last little dropping sound. For those of you who don't know, an allen wrench is a little six-sided metal rod that's bent at a right angle. Most guitars use an allen wrench to adjust the truss rod.
