OK, this one is pretty easy. Just listen to the song and you'll figure it out.
When, on the tabbing one number is right above the other one, play those
together. In the Em chord you can just remove your left hand, it will sound
even better. The F#m chord, though, played normally (although it looks like
you can remove your left hand's fingers from the 4th and the 5th string.)

The distortion part of the verse has a simultaneous hammer-on, pull-off
in the D chord. And there's a C instead of a D in the chorus.
