I'm not tabbing every little nuance that Trey Anastasio puts into his
rhythm playing or his numerous runs and riffs, but instead treating this as
straight forward missionary position strumming. The rhythm is easy to pick
up if you listen to the song: for the chorus and post-chorus fill measures
play the C chord on the 1st beat of each measure and the G chord on the
half-step between beats 2 and 3. I believe that Page McConnell tosses in
some minor chords on piano between 2nd and 3rd as well as the 4th and 5th
lines of the chorus, which I fill by fingering the A string, 3rd fret.
