Subject: "Sad Song" by Noel Gallagher
Group: OASIS
Bonus track on the vinyl edition of "Definitely Maybe", and B-side on the
"Don´t Go Away" single (Creation Records/SONY)
This is my version of Noel Gallagher´s "Sad Song" he played at Southend
Pavillion in April 1995. I combined it from Fred Lidskog´s
(<mailto:swede@email.unc.edu>swede@email.unc.edu) version and that from
corrections where I thought they were necessary.
Personal comment: I think that the "Sad Song" is Noel Gallagher´s finest
piece of work (he claims that it is "The Masterplan"). I only saw it live
performed on the "Live by the sea" video. From that video and from the
authors mentioned above, I´ve taken the chords. If you want to comment my
first try mail to the adress in the top.
Comment: Noel plays the intro different from time to time as you can see if
you compare the single version with the video version. For that reason I
haven´t noted the tab.
