MISC - "Moving E Song" Tablature
Official MISC Tablature & Sheet Music »
I learned that you can move the chord shape of E nearly anyhere on the fretboard. The only plce you cannot move it(WELL YOU CAN BUT IT DOES NOT SOUND RIGHT)is where your first finger on the 5th, 7th, 10th and 12th fret.
So here is a few mini tunes that use moving E.
Play each 6 times E with 1st finger on fret 6 then on to fret 8 play that 6.
Then back to fret 6 play another six times then on to fret 4 six times. Then repeat fter that then finish with one strum on the proper E(on the first fret).
Personally I think it sounds better on acoustic but it also sounds quite good on electric. Tell me what you think about it. If you think it is rubbish please tell me.
Just give me your true feelings.
Here is one more a bit more heavy.
Play this quite slowly. Strum twice an E on first fret then sturm four times on E on the forth fret. Then twice on E on third fret then four times n E on second fret. Repeat this then on second time finish with a bog strum of E on first fret(normal E).
Try this moving E yourself you can invent some quite good tunes.
