The way i figured out the song has an alternate tuning. Its my own work.

Open E tuning        raise the 5th (A) string to B  (full step)
                   raise the 4th (D) string to E  (full step)
                   raise the 3rd (G) string to G# (half step)

So now the instead of Eagbe you have EbeG#be
