Subject: JOURNEY - "ANY WAY YOU WANT IT" (fwd)
JOURNEY is perhaps the quintessential super '70's stadium rock band.
While they haven't toured since Frontiers, their music and their message
still echos through the hallowed halls of rock and roll. Neal Schon is
probably the tantamount under-rated, under-appreciated rock guitarist, as
his riffs are often drowned out by the keyboard of Jonathan Cain, however
I bring this song to his defense. Neal has never rocked harder. If you
remember "Caddyshack" the movie, "LET'S DANCE!!!"

PLAYING NOTES :
I think that's it. Just play the main riff throughout the song, unless
otherwise indicated. It should follow naturally with with stanza
arrangements. The chorus gets its progression from the keyboard following
naturally with the lyrics, but the guitar riff is the same. Change the
guitar riff to suit your taste.
The song is played on heavy overdrive and is pretty simple but NEAL SCHON
ROCKS !!!
The wheel in the sky keeps turnin'
