The old version is pretty good, but the recording I'm listening to is a
little bit more like this. The piano is pretty heavy-handed with the
chord changes, so there are even a few more places where normally "passing
tones" are actually given their own chord. But I didn't bother with those
because it's pretty busy and hard to make out, and if you're playing this
on solo guitar it's not going to sound just like the recording anyway
unless you're a real superstar. The only part where the additional
changes really make a clear difference in the song is on the lines like
"and I still ain't had no sleep" where the bass line progression comes out
(especially if you include a slide from F to G...).
