The tab posted by Blaise was mostly correct, but the main
verse was tabbed on the wrong strings and was therefore
way too low. Here's the correct way to play it, as played
on the album and by Mike Dirnt in the concert video I have.

Intro:

Gradually slide down(to about 7th fret) while picking up
and down fast.
