COWBOY SONGS - "bury not on lone prarie" Tablature
Official COWBOY SONGS Tablature & Sheet Music »
BLOOD ON THE SADDLE
I wear a brace on one knee nearly all the time due to a Roan and
riggin' troubles I had at a jack-pot ride several years ago. Although
the cowboy depicted in this song meets his end in a much worse way,
my rodeo "career" also ended on a snatcher that would not be riden.
Verse 1:
A A7 D A
There's blood on the saddle ...
B7 E7
great big puddle of ...
A A7 D A
cowboy lay in it all ...
E7 A
never will ride any ....
A A7 D A
Oh, pity the cowboy, all ...
B7 E7
bronco fell on him and ...
A A7 D A
blood on the saddle and ....
E7 A
great big puddle ....
Note: capo the 3rd fret
