I find some of the chords given for this song sound abit off, so i tried making the chords suit my own voice.
I find the pattern of C,G,AM,and BM sounds really good and suits the song, and sounds better then other versions

Basic pattern is: C G AM BM
Try hammering on the AM, leaving the B string open and hammering onto the first fret to make the "AM"
And in the parts "I try as hard as I can..." skip the AM,and go straight to BM it sounds better.
