BYRDS - "turn turn turn" Tablature
Official BYRDS Tablature & Sheet Music »
From: gbarrie@cix.compulink.co.uk ("Graeme Barrie")
Subject: Re: REQ: The Byrds "Turn, turn, turn"
As far as I can remember the chords and lyrics are something like:-
Chorus
C F C Dm
To everything, turn...
Am C F C G
There is a season, ...
F C Em Dm G7 C
And a time for every ...
1)
C G7 C A time to be born...
G7 C
A time to plant, a ...
G7 C
A time to kill, a time ...
F G7 C
A time to laugh, a ...
I think I originally got the chords from the Pete Seeger version so they
might not be quite right for The Byrds - especially the last line of the
verse. The timing for each verse has to be adjusted to fit the lyrics but
this should give you some idea - hopefully
