G chord - G note, B note, D note, G note
G chord (version # 2) - G note, B note, D note

B minor chord - F # note, B note, D note
E minor chord - G note, B note, E note
C chord - G note, C note, E note
B 7 chord - F # note, A note, B note, D # note
Guitar version:
Basically follow the chords in the piano version,
it might be useful to know where the piano notes are
on the guitar.
C note is on the A string 3rd fret,
B note is on the A string 2nd fret,
A note is the A string open,
D note is the D string open,
G note is the Low E string 3rd fret,
F # note is the Low E string 2nd fret,
E note is the Low E string open
The best way to approach this is to pick the piano
note and then strum the chord. For example, look at
this chord: G chord / G note in the bass
I would pick the G note on the guitar and then strum
the G chord on the guitar. On some of the chords you
might just want to strum the chord and forget the
notes.
Guitar chords defined:
G chord - 3 2 0 0 0 3
D chord - x 0 0 2 3 2
E minor chord - 0 2 2 0 0 0
C chord - 0 3 2 0 1 0
C major 7 chord - 0 3 2 0 0 0
G major 7 chord - x x 0 0 0 2
A minor chord - 0 0 2 2 1 0
C add 9 chord - x x 0 0 1 0
Note: You might want to substitute the C add 9
chord for the E minor / B note in the bass. You
would pick the B note and then strum the C add
9 chord. Do not substitute the C add 9 chord for the
E minor chord / E note in the bass.
B 7 chord - 0 2 1 2 0 1
B minor chord - x 2 4 4 3 2
