Ok. There's a few things to go over to make this tab a little more easy to understand.
The whole song is basically one riff, changed a little throughout, but there's a weird bend that has to be
explained.
Note: You don't have to read all of these instructions, but if you get confused while playing the song, just

ALSO NOTE: Tuning is as follows, from lowest to highest: E Flat, A Flat, D Flat, G Flat.
LAST NOTE: The only string used in this song is the E string, so you do not have to tune the other ones
down if you don't want to.

My instructions:
1.Here is the bend that occurs frequently throughout the song:
Eb|4b(^^^^^^6>>>4)
What this means is to play the 4th fret on the E string, and immediately begin bending.
However, bend very slow. That is what the ^^^^^^^ were trying to show. You want to take that much time
just to bend up to the 6th fret. However, on the release, you take half as much time coming back.
Note that there are six ^ of those for going up and only 3 > of these, indicating half the time for
coming back down to the 4th fret. However, do not strike the 4th fret, just release to it, then move
along in the tab.
2.Moving on... take a look at this riff:
Eb|4b(^^^^5>>4\\\\\0)
This is quite similar to above, but now note that the "6" has changed to a "5", and there are many
\ of those. First of all, there are only four ^ going up things, meaning, take less time then the above riff
to get to 5, then it does to get to 6 above. Same with coming down...only 2 > of those, instead of 3.
Now finally, you release to the 4th fret (without playing it again) and imediately begin sliding down
as indicated by these: \\\\\\. As usual, take extra amount of time sliding to the destination (0).
Since the 0 is in () brackets, it means to not play it, but simply to slide to it, and then continue onwards.
3.Number three....
4b(^^^^5>>4)\2
This riff is similar to above. The only change is the \ slide outside of the () brackets.
This means that as soon as you release to 4th fret, slide down quickly to 2nd fret and play the string.
4. Short bend:
4b(^^^)
This just means to bend up a little, and then mute the string so that no resonating is heard.
5. Big Slide:
6\\\\\\\\\\\\\(0)
This just means to take a lot of time to slide down to the destination (0). Because it is
in () brackets, do not play the 0, just slide to it.
6. Last but not least, a confusing bar:

If you look, there is a 0 right before the RESTs indicating to play an open E string, right before muting all
strings, and resting until the next note comes along, which happens to be another open note.

it's played with some heavy distortion and some weird techno effect layered over it.

it's played with some heavy distortion and some weird techno effect layered over it.
