BEATS - "Intermediate - Great Speed Exercise" Tablature

I dont know how I did this, I was messing around on my kit doing exercises just to improve the speed of my right arm, when I came across this little beauty. I dont know how effective it is, because I haven\'t really done it for long periods of time. But if you can get it up to speed, you can hear so many different things coming from it. I love it :D

s = snare
t1= small tom/high tom
t2= large tom/low tom
ft= floor tom

R = Right handed hit
L = Left Handed hit

This exercise improves the speed of the right hand I think... not too sure about that one.
