BEATS - "Intermediate - Advanced Shuffle" Tablature

This is basically a set of variations on the simple shuffle beat (3/4):

The first variation is good practise to get ur left hand and right hand coordination.

g = ghost notes
b = Ride bell

R|b--x|b--x|b--x|b--x|b--x|

B|----|x---|x---|x---|x---|

The second beat would be more bass orientated

H|x--x|x--x|x--x|x--x|x--x|
S|----|----|x---|----|x---|

Basically u just keep repeating that for better bass control.
Another exercise which is good for this is basically the same, but with less notes on the hihat.

The next riff is more hand orientated, with very little happening in the bass.

Once again, like the bass orientated riff before, you can play this with less notes on the hihat:

To finish up everything in here, is a riff i heard Chad Smith from the Red Hot Chilli Peppers play, which combines just about everything in this lesson.

A variation ive made of it is basically the same, but with more notes on the hihat.Basically, the hihat follows the bass drum.
