This is an easy song. The fingering is lazy, and stays in first position
the whole time. This one sounds very good acoustic, especially if you or a
friend can sing it fairly well. As for the guitar rhythm, it is strum down,
strum up, rest, strum up, strum down, strum up. As for a count, this would
be 1 + rest + 3 + 4 rest (you play on the number and the "ands" but not the
"rest".
