Then for the verses and chorus is just these two chords over and over.
It think Greg just strums these and Rick is picking notes (which I haven't
figured out yet) over these chords. One more thing, I'm not exactly sure
what the names of these chords are, so if I'm wrong, feel free to correct
them. Thanks.

I believe this chord
is called F/A, without
the 3 on the e-string.

I think it sounds better if you alternate a 0 and a 3 on this e-string (so
alternately put your finger on the third fret and open), as well as for
the Am/G chord.
You can also do a 1-3-1-0 progression on the b-string of the Am-chord
which sounds pretty good too.
